A viral video has been making rounds in India, raising concerns about train safety and possible “conspiracies.” Incidents involving trains, such as the discovery of gas cylinders or stones being placed on tracks, have led to deep investigations. But now, a video has surfaced, leaving social media users baffled. In the video, a person is seen breaking the window of a Vande Bharat train with a hammer.
In the viral video, a man standing at a station is shown repeatedly hammering the window of a stationary Vande Bharat train. He is using a hammer, striking the window multiple times. This footage has shocked social media users, who are left wondering why this person is damaging the train.
Why is the window being broken?
Many are speculating that this could be a conspiracy against the railway or that someone might be damaging the train just to create a video for social media. As of the time of writing, there is no official confirmation on where the video was filmed or why the person is breaking the window.

However, a person named Manthira Murthy M., associated with the railway, clarified that this is a part of the window replacement process.
Following the video’s virality, the “Railway Seva” service has also requested information regarding the location and date of the incident. While most people are calling this a conspiracy, some say that the window is being intentionally broken. When a train window gets damaged or develops a crack, it is first broken like this to be replaced. This is not a conspiracy, nor is it an attempt to harm the train.
Comments on the video
One user commented, “What’s wrong with Indians? They are damaging their own country’s train.” Another wrote, “When there are traitors in our own country, what can we say about others?” Yet another user commented that strict action should be taken against those who damage public property to prevent such incidents from happening again.
